Terms of Service

Softles Labs is for the Softles team and the clients, contractors and learners we invite. Access is by invitation; we may change or remove an account's access at any time, for example when an engagement ends.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away at shakti@softles.in if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

• You can connect a Google account you own or are authorised to manage. Softles Labs acts on that account only when you, or an AI assistant you use with Softles Labs, ask it to.
• For Gmail, Softles Labs can search, read, label, archive, filter, move mail to Trash and create drafts. It never sends email and never permanently deletes mail. Bulk changes are previewed before they run, and every change is logged.
• Drafts and changes suggested by an AI assistant are yours to review. You are responsible for what you approve and send.
• You can disconnect at any time in Softles Labs or from your Google account permissions. Our use of Google data is described in the Privacy Policy and follows Google's Limited Use requirements.

Don't use Softles Labs to:

• break the law or anyone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
• access accounts, mailboxes or data you aren't authorised to use;
• send spam, malware or misleading content;
• disrupt, probe or overload the service, or get around its security.

You keep ownership of the content you add. You give Softles permission to store and process it only to provide Softles Labs to you and your team. We treat client project information as confidential and use it only for the work it belongs to.

We work to keep Softles Labs available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or retire features. Client deliverables, fees and service levels are governed by your separate agreement with Softles, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

To the extent the law allows, Softles is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Softles Labs, and our total liability for any claim about it is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

You can stop using Softles Labs and disconnect any Google account at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as confidentiality and liability) continue after access ends.

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do; continuing to use Softles Labs means you accept the update.
